Purpose: Procure web extraction and URL scraping across providers for AI agents.

Use AgentMart to:
- compare web-scraping providers by cost, completion, quality, latency, and readiness;
- quote and budget projected extraction workloads;
- choose whether to stay on current plans, overflow, or upgrade;
- inspect authenticated usage, limits, spending, and billing status;
- execute one or more explicitly approved URL extractions through an eligible provider;
- run an explicitly approved, bounded provider-calibration batch.

Discovery is anonymous: initialize and tools/list make no provider calls. Quote and recommendation are read-only. Execution, calibration, Checkout, and Billing Portal actions require explicit user intent and authentication.
